Head finance in Saoudi Arabia

We are looking to hire a Head of Finance for our holding group in Saoudi Arabia .
The successful candidate will plan, develop and control all financial aspects related to our business.

Candidate Profile

1- Deep knowledge of business and Industry drivers.

2 - Good knowledge of end to end business processes and internal controls.

3 - Good knowledge of Saudi tax and Zakat laws, and banking systems.

4 - Good knowledge if IFRS and GAAP,

5 - Proven capability to communicate,
influence and manage complex issues.
6 - Expertise in Debt restructuring and project financing (could be an ex-banker).

7 - Minimum 10 years experience in financial management

Qualifications

- Master level education in Accounting and Finance
we prefer if the Candidate holds a CPA / CFA Designations
